Philosophy

Cultivating your personal best, is personal. There is no one-size-fits-all model for diet. Through evidence-based (science) recommendations and personal and professional experience, I help individuals and teams improve their health and performance.

Approach – Making it work

We start with science, but science is not always enough. I work with clients to identify strategies that work for them and their lifestyle to meet their goals. Not sure what your goals are? Not sure what is realistic or what you are capable of? I am here to help with that as well.

Personal

I am a bicycle racer. I am passionate about my personal athletic development, my team’s development, and the development of women’s bike racing. In 2013 I founded and lead a women’s developmental cycling organization dedicated to bringing more women into the sport and supporting their development. Alongside this organization in 2015, I promoted the first ever Women’s Midwest Road Race Championships. I believe sports are not only an opportunity for physical health, but also a tool for empowerment in all areas of life. Other things I love include cats, cooking, traveling, hiking, and most other outdoor activities.
