My Philosophy

Cultivating your personal best, is personal. There is no one-size-fits-all model for diet. Through evidence-based (science) recommendations and personal and professional experience as a sports dietitian, coach, and professional athlete, I help individuals and teams enhance their performance and health.

We start with science, but science is not always enough. I work with clients to identify strategies that work for them and their lifestyle to meet their goals. Not sure what your goals are? Not sure what is realistic or what you are capable of? I am here to help with that as well.

Blood work is fundamental to nutritional assessment and coaching. With a comprehensive assessment which includes blood values, we can fine tune performance and identify underlying issues. Blood work is not required to work with me, but encouraged. With this partnership I am able to provide affordable methods of obtaining blood values for my clients.

Meal Plan includes: recipes, automated grocery list, timetable for intake of foods, interactive desktop and phone app to have all info and plan on-hand, note section to communicate with Kristen about training and schedule in real-time (think Training Peaks for nutrition)

5 days of customized meal plans delivered a minimum of 5 days before the intended start (of training or competition days)
